Michel Artières

Michel Artières is founder, President and CEO of ATEME. Previously, Michel had directed R&D in Image Processing and Compression at French Ministry of Defence. He specifically directed research works in the field of progressive lossless compression for very high definition images, and blurred image restoration in noisy environments. Michel received his engineering degree from Supelec, Paris, with a specialization in signal processing.

Dominique Edelin

Dominique Edelin is founder and General Manager of ATEME. Dominique previously managed various hardware designs for markets such as telecommunications and aeronautics where he was specialized in video acquisition and compression, methods of multiplexing and transmissions over IP technologies. Dominique passed his engineering degree at Supelec, Paris, with a specialization in electronics.

Benoit Fouchard

Benoit Fouchard was named Chief Strategy Officer in January 2010 with the responsibility to engineer the next stage of growth for ATEME. Before joining ATEME in 2001 as VP of Sales, Benoit held international business development positions with IT supply chain specialist ModusLink, spearheading the group expansion in Southern and Eastern Europe. Benoit graduated from HEC, Paris and CEMS.

Emmanuel Boureau

Emmanuel Boureau joined ATEME in 2009 as VP Sales and as a member of the ATEMEs Executive Team, helping to define the company’s future strategy and direction. Previously, Emmanuel worked at Tandberg Television, where he was responsible for developing business across the whole EMEA region. Emmanuel Boureau graduated from the Institut Superieur de Commerce de Paris.

Andy Lovit

Andy Lovit joined ATEME in 2011 as Senior VP and General Manager Americas. Andy brings more than 25 years of sales leadership experience, most recently as VP of Worldwide Field Operations at Bivio Networks. Previously Andy served as SVP of Service Provider Sales for Tandberg Television, which was acquired by Ericsson, and as VP of Global Sales and Field Operations for SkyStream Networks, a pioneer in IPTV head-end solutions which was acquired by Tandberg TV. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Brendon Mills

Brendon Mills joined ATEME in 2011 as Senior Advisor. A serial entrepreneur in the communications technology market, Brendon joins ATEME from RGB Networks. In 2010 RGB Networks merged with mobile IP video supplier RipCode, a company Brendon founded and led as President and CEO. Prior to founding RipCode in 2005, Brendon served as founder, CEO and president of GENBAND, Inc. Mills currently serves as Chairman of the Video Convergence Forum and holds a B.A. degree from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri.

Pierre Larbier

Pierre Larbier is ATEME’s Chief Technology Officer and a renowned expert in the field of algorithmic design and MPEG / H.264 video compression. He has specifically dealt with video encoder architecture and designs for a wide range of platforms and applications: from low-power single DSP solutions to ultra-high quality FPGA based HD broadcast encoders. Pierre obtained his engineering degree from INSA, Rennes, France, with a specialization in electronics. He is a DVB & SMPTE active member.

Fabrice Sana

Fabrice Sana joined ATEME in 2007 as CFO. He is responsible for control and reporting, tax, treasury, and administrative department. He previously held positions in finance as Management Control Director for Karavel, Finance Controller for Alstom and manager for Arthur Andersen / BearingPoint. Fabrice graduated from European Business School (EBS) and ESSEC Business School.

Joseph Soueidi

Joseph Soueidi joined ATEME in April 2009 as COO to be in charge of Ateme’s operations. Prior to Ateme, Joseph Held key Senior management positions within large Multinational companies like Bosch Telecom, Marconi and GE Security. Joseph is a Telecom Engineer and has a Master Degree in Business Administration.
