Jean Bourcereau is a General Partner with Ventech, investing in semiconductor and communications. He currently serves on a number of Boards including Arteris, Crocus Technology and Ekinops. He previously was a Director of Musiwave (acquired by Openwave). Jean graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ENST.

Xavier Niel joined ATEME’s board in December 2006. He is Founder and Chief Strategy Officer for the Iliad Group, a dominant player in the French Internet and Telecommunications market with 4.5 million subscribers to ISP subsidiaries, Free® and Alice. Xavier has been responsible for the Group’s major strategic developments, from the development of Internet access services to the launch of the Freebox project, the deployment of optical fiber and recently the acquisition of a mobile telephony license with a commercial launch planned in 2012. In late 2010, Niel was a member of a group of investors which acquired a controlling stake in the newspaper Le Monde.

Dominique Agrech is a Member of the Executive Board at XAnge Private Equity. He has been active in venture capital since 1986, having gained experience in both life sciences and Information Technology. After a first experience with the Suez group, Dominique joined Abn-Amro Capital France in 1997 as head of Venture. He is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and ENSPM.

Dominique Edelin is founder and General Manager of ATEME. Dominique previously managed various hardware designs for markets such as telecommunications and aeronautics where he was specialized in video acquisition and compression, methods of multiplexing and transmissions over IP technologies. Dominique passed his engineering degree at Supelec, Paris, with a specialization in electronics.

Michel Artières is founder, President and CEO of ATEME. Previously, Michel had directed R&D in Image Processing and Compression at French Ministry of Defence. He specifically directed research works in the field of progressive lossless compression for very high definition images, and blurred image restoration in noisy environments. Michel received his engineering degree from Supelec, Paris, with a specialization in signal processing.

Benoit Fouchard was named Chief Strategy Officer in January 2010 with the responsibility to engineer the next stage of growth for ATEME. Before joining ATEME in 2001 as VP of Sales, Benoit held international business development positions with IT supply chain specialist ModusLink, spearheading the group expansion in Southern and Eastern Europe. Benoit graduated from HEC, Paris and CEMS.

Laurent Cadieu is Founding Managing Partner of Largam, an investment boutique located in Luxembourg. Laurent served as Head of European Equities of BNP Paribas, and managed BNP Paribas entities in the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Japan. He served as Member of the board of Nasdaq Europe and Easdaq from 2001 to 2007, and as a Director of small technology companies in Europe. Laurent graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ENST.

Emmanuelle Pierret is currently an Investment Director at Naxicap Partners. She has invested in a variety of sectors including business services, industry, retail and technology and she is at the boards of Defta, Loisirs et Création and Utram. Prior to joining Naxicap Partners in 2002, Emmanuelle graduated from Audencia Nantes Ecole de Management.

Jean-Michel Pimont is a Partner at A Plus Finance. He joined the firm in August 2005 and has an extensive entrepreneur background. Before joining the firm, Jean-Michel was the Head of Development at Devoteam Consulting. He founded PurpleEyes, sold in 2003, and co-founded Mimétics in 1990, which he sold in 1998. Before that he held executive positions at Groupe Thomson-Thales. Jean-Michel graduated from Ecole Polytechnique.
